A few things
you might wonder.
What format should my Excel file use?
Use .xlsx, .xls or .csv with Name and Table columns. First and last names can be separate. You can review and correct column mappings before importing.
Can I upload an existing venue plan?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP image, then place your tables on top.
Can several people check guests in at the same time?
Yes. Your team shares the same live guest list, with arrival changes synchronized between devices.
Do staff members need an account?
No. They only need your private event link and, if you enable it, the event PIN.
Can I change the seating plan after publishing?
Yes. Update the guest list or table layout and your team will see your saved changes.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel renewal in Settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid year.
Is guest data private?
Your events are private to your account. Staff links grant access to the guest list, so share them only with your team. Add a PIN or revoke a link at any time.
